Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, unload, and stack materials efficiently.
- Ensure the safe and accurate handling of inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to guarantee machinery is in proper working order.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating Counterbalance or Reach Trucks.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
