Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trailers using pallet jacks and electric pallet movers
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Operate in temperature-controlled and outdoor storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 72 hours)
- 1+ years of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Experience with RF scanners preferred
