Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and pallets efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Mesa worksites
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings
