Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials in warehouse environments
- Inspect and maintain equipment before each shift to ensure OSHA compliance
- Load/unload shipments using proper palletizing and stacking techniques
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha 10-hour preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory and weight calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to Minneapolis warehouse locations
