Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using pallet jacks and hydraulic equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate in temperature-controlled environments (cold/hot storage)
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID and right to work in the US
