Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory and organize warehouse stock in designated zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete accurate documentation of tasks and inventory movements
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
