Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in racking systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed (palletizing, sorting, etc.)
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free on-site)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation to various Dallas locations
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Availability for same-day shift assignments
