- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and equipment checks
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities for efficient material flow
- Perform routine equipment maintenance documentation and reporting
- Support warehouse inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Adapt to dynamic shift schedules based on operational needs
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (current and verifiable)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts including weekends
