Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via WMS systems
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping goals
- Document material movements and warehouse activities
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA 1910.178 compliant)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability including early mornings/nights
