Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in busy warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using OSHA-compliant techniques
- Maintain detailed inventory logs and support cycle count initiatives
- Perform pre/post-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in warehouse organization and 5S methodology implementation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
