Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) to move, load, and unload palletized materials safely
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse machinery including pallet jacks and order pickers
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) and 1+ years operating experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous experience in distribution centers preferred
