Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and stage inventory for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform daily equipment pre-shift inspections
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stable work history with verifiable references
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to industrial park locations
- Availability for early morning/overnight shifts
