Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and hand tools
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Operate in temperature-controlled environments (coolers/freezers as needed)
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
