Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (current)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable forklift experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
