Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols 100% of the time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Operate in temperatures ranging from 40°F to 90°F environments
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 72 hours)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or industrial equipment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to 7am/3pm/11pm shift options
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Comfortable working in noise-level 85+ dB environments
