Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and stage materials for production lines
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Verify inventory counts using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete incident reports for safety concerns
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- 1+ year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
