Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Stack pallets and organize inventory in designated storage areas to maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and document any discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training if you have a clean driving record).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and tracking shipments.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
