Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and stage products accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and safety regulations.
- Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 Certification required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime when needed.
