Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload materials with precision and efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety
- Manage inventory control systems and maintain accurate stock documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Assist in unloading/loading trucks and organizing storage areas for maximum space utilization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 72 hours of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including overtime/weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
