Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily safety inspections on forklift equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Organize and stack products safely to maximize warehouse space and prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety protocols and traffic rules in the warehouse aisles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification or license (CDL Class A/B not required but a plus).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Reach Truck, Stand-up, or Counterbalance) preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
