Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in warehouses
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and other equipment
- Inspect and maintain forklifts daily to ensure safety compliance
- Follow inventory control procedures and document movement of goods
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Complete daily shift reports and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and pallet counting
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
