Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently and safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas with precision
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and safety compliance audits
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license or ability to obtain within 7 days
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late shift start times
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
