Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload shipments using proper palletizing techniques
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with cross-functional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible shifts (early morning/late evening)
