Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouses
- Load/unload trucks using precise pallet positioning techniques
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all material handling activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on dock schedules
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 72hrs)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- RF scanner experience a plus
- Flexible availability for overnight/weekend shifts
