Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in busy warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload freight trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Perform pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (within 6 months of hire)
- Minimum 1 year recent industrial equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
