Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper working order and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Assist with inventory management, scanning, and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must provide certification upon hiring).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
