Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Stack materials in designated storage areas to maximize space and safety.
- Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation when required.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for yard hostlers).
