Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move materials within warehouse and storage facilities
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure safe and operational condition
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory systematically
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse managers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
