Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials in warehouse environments
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Train on new equipment technologies and safety procedures

Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
