Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a timely manner
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure operational safety
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate various warehouse machinery including pallet jacks and order pickers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math and inventory management skills
