Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all material handling activities
- Coordinate with team members for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Document work orders and inventory discrepancies accurately
- Participate in cross-functional warehouse improvement projects
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- 2+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth industrial parks
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
