Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and preventing damage to goods.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and managing storage areas to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
