Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, stack, and organize materials in the warehouse
- Ensure safe and efficient loading/unloading of trucks and containers
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization activities
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Minimum 6 months of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime
