Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized stock records.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willing to obtain certification through on-site training).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
