Responsibilities
- Safely operate various types of forklifts (e.g., Reach Truck, Order Picker, Counterbalance) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Accurately check and record inventory counts to maintain precise stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to prioritize shipments and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in packaging and labeling shipments for distribution.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (CDL Class A or B preferred but not required for entry-level with training).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
