Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move pallets efficiently throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety.
- Assist in inventory management by verifying stock levels and preparing accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all company policies regarding material handling and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid OSHA-certified Forklift Operator License.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
