Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure proper working order and report any mechanical issues.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory within the warehouse to maintain optimal storage levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor and loading docks remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
