Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory quantities and accuracy using scanners or manual counts.
- Ensure all forklifts and warehouse equipment are inspected and maintained in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organize and stack pallets in designated storage areas to maximize space utilization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
