Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and loading docks.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper securing of cargo.
- Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of customer orders, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate forklifts in Washington State.
- Current forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required; we offer training for qualified candidates without a license.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
