Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation systems
- Collaborate with warehouse team to maintain organized storage and workflow
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-provided training)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
