Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in warehouse/distribution settings
- Load/unload materials using provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to optimize material flow and productivity
- Support cross-functional logistics operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if unlicensed)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory knowledge
