Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision and safety awareness
- Load/unload trucks and containers using provided hydraulic equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via our digital tracking system
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading efficiency
- Assist with specialized equipment operations (reach trucks, order pickers)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (we provide training if needed)
- Minimum 6 months prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
