Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts to move materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily for safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts and organize stock in designated storage areas
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Document daily operations and report equipment malfunctions
- Train on new equipment technologies as company expands
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
