Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory through scanning, counting, and accurate documentation in our WMS system
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and streamline workflows
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
