Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts as required
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock in designated areas
- Support order fulfillment and shipping/receiving processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, or early mornings
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen required
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
