Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on material handling equipment
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist in receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Clean background check and drug screen required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when needed
