Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging inventory operations
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or industrial equipment experience
- Ability to read and interpret shipping manifests and inventory reports
- Strong attention to detail with safety-conscious mindset
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50+ lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
