Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move pallets and heavy loads within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist with inventory management by tagging and stocking items accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols (OSHA standards) to protect yourself and your team members.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification upon hire (we may assist).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
