Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to organize inventory and optimize storage
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements and maintenance logs
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial equipment
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
