Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods throughout warehouse
- Load/unload shipping containers and trucks with zero-damage accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams for efficient workflow
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Proficiency in warehouse inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
